Leslie Popp is the author of the Life by Pumpkin series. Her affinity for writing was ingrained from an early age, starting with elementary school Write-A-Book contests, which she treated as a serious literary pursuit. She works in finance but loves to write about her furry companions, among other subjects.
Leslie has always harbored a deep love of animals, and her pets over the years have included hermit crabs, guinea pigs, cats, and dogs. She adheres to the belief that pets are members of the family and deserve respect, love, and sometimes their own pillow on the bed. She firmly supports the humane treatment of all animals and is committed to a vegan lifestyle.
